Salam alikoum brothers and sisters, I need some help concerning my immigration status. Well I came to join my husband in usa with a visitor visa (he came to morocco we got married then I left right away with him)as we didnt want to waste time with the procedure of dependent we didnt want to stay away from each other so since i had a visitor visa we decided that ill come with it then change my status here from visitor to dependent visa(H4 visa). Once I came here we applied for that means his compagny's lawyers team took care pf my case to change the status from visitor to dependent. few weeks later we got the H4 approval visa notice.(the I 94....) Well now Im just wondering if i can travel with this without any problem as i didnt get any dependent visa stamped in my passport i still have the tourist visa there( i had 10 years in that one but i didnt expire yet means the 6months).can I travel just with the status? or I should get the passport stamped? I didnt call the lawyers yet ( my husband always forgets to do so!) can anyone help me?
