salaamualaikum and hello everyone here.I hope im not being a fool by askin a question in English in what it looks like a francophone forum here :). Nonetheless, I am an eternal optimist in things like these if you will :D .Coming back to my question (by the way, do I sound puritanical..u know like them old victorian women..because of my english..cuz tell u what..im not..im just being formal since this is my first post :P)Now the point is, I really find Moroccan women very pretty and quite bubbly too (not to sound clichéd and bowled over..but I guess i have been bowled over by them). I had the pleasure to find many fine women during my studies and work in Sweden and later when my work also took me to parts of the UK. And since I have the intention of marrying a fine lady from that country I started finding out about the culture, the history and the contemporary traditions and what is the scene as of now.Now I am surprised that many a times I have come across opinions that moroccan women are the most easiest and loose in the whole of the arab world. And this opinion was also shared by some of the white men i asked (just for the heck of it). In fact, one french person (must be in his early thirties) was boasting that if you can speak french and if you are well endowed (your wallet rather) you could 'have' a girl pretty enough to be on the cover of something like vogue for a few hundred euros. I was offended to say the least, but I am getting bothered by what I have heard.I mean i do not want to sound offensive, cuz i am not. I just want an honest opinion that since morocco is one of the more liberal countries in the arab world and obviously with so many pretty women around (add to that high unemployment and a general misdemeanor that local men might be having towards the womenfolk ) has it got that bad that it is hard to trust a moroccan girl now?? I mean hearing such stuff from arab men was bad enough..hearing white men boasting about their 'beautiful conquests' in morocco has put me in a questioning mode.Is this getting so bad there now?
