Abraham Lincoln was elected to Congress in 1846. John F. Kennedy was elected to Congress in 1946.
Abraham Lincoln was elected President in 1860. John F. Kennedy was elected President in 1960.
Both were particularly concerned with civil rights. Both wives lost their children while living in the White House.
Both Presidents were shot on a Friday. Both Presidents were shot in the head.
Now it gets really weird.
Lincoln 's secretary was named Kennedy. Kennedy's Secretary was named Lincoln.
Both were assassinated by Southerners. Both were succeeded by Southerners named Johnson.
Andrew Johnson, who succeeded Lincoln, was born in 1808. Lyndon Johnson, who succeeded Kennedy, was born in 1908.
John Wilkes Booth, who assassinated Lincoln, was born in 1839. Lee Harvey Oswald, who assassinated Kennedy, was born in 1939.
Both assassins were known by their three names. Both names are composed of fifteen letters.
Now hang on to your seat.
Lincoln was shot at the theater named 'Ford.' Kennedy was shot in a car called ' Lincoln' made by 'Ford.'
Lincoln was shot in a theater and his assassin ran and hid in a warehouse. Kennedy was shot from a warehouse and his assassin ran and hid in a theater.

And here's the kicker...
A week before Lincoln was shot, he was in Monroe, Maryland A week before Kennedy was shot, he was with Marilyn Monroe.

"Hé ! bonjour, Monsieur du Corbeau.
Que vous êtes joli ! que vous me semblez beau !
Sans mentir, si votre ramage
Se rapporte à votre plumage,
Vous êtes le Phénix des hôtes de ces bois."
thanks for your response and your kindnesse as well...
to answer your question : no I haven't...this is why I put it not only to read it (by interested people ) but also to correct mistakes if there are any.... by people who have strong history knowledge of course.... if there are some.....
By the way if you think there are any wrong infos...you're welcome to check it by yourself.....
Well I found it quite interesting myself. Not that I profess to be an expert on American history! It's obviously from an American site isn't it - the spellings are different. Perhaps it's one more prediction to be found in the writings of Nostradamus?
sorry I don't know if it's from an American site...a friend sent it to me and I found it interesting as well....the thing is that Nostradamus always predicts generally so you never know exactly what he's talking about....it can be every thing or nothing....
Hi Ilhem2 - the giveaway is 'theater'. Lots of English words are spelt differently in the US. Another one is 'center'. As for Nostradamus - I think different people interpret his writings in their own way. I keep an open mind, although some of his predictions do seem to have come true. It's many years since I read his book - so I can't think of any examples off hand. Interestingly enough, they do say he actually predicted the 9/11 attacks.
