but it differes from each region of morocco
some put in it (sbe3 khdari)
some does it with (zbib wedjaj).....

i don t eat any couscous , it needs to be with fresh vegetables , and nice peices of lambs no chicken
i am very fussy when it comes to couscous , meknes couscous is the best plus no one eats with his hands spoons only or i am not eating how am i supposed to know where their hands been before touching gas3a
