Sometimes, it dépends on your feeling , daily life...you're more interested in a specific surah. It talks to you more at this moment. Maybe it's the opportunity to learn it...You read, read, read and...read. Until you become able to guess the next word, the next ayah. At this state you start to memorize it.
During your pray you read the ayah you have learned previously.
If you have your own mushaf for Learning Quran it is better, it makes the memorization easier.
During all this process you can also listen a Qari reading the surah. It helps a lot.

Appoint an Arabic tutor or Imam of masjid with in two months you can learn how to read. Join the Arabic classes in Masjid. Read daily after fajar. It is easy to learn. Their is no any other language than Arabic which is the easiest.
