Morocco’s ambassador to Germany summoned by the Foreign Ministry in Berlin

The Moroccan ambassador in Berlin Zohour Alaoui was received, Tuesday, at the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, German magazine Bild reported. 

«The diplomat was summoned today by the State Secretary of the Federal Foreign Office for an urgent discussion to explain the decision» made by the Moroccan Foreign ministry to suspend all contacts with the German embassy in Rabat, the same source added.

On Monday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Rabat announced that it is suspending all contact with the German embassy and urged due to «deep misunderstandings with the Federal Republic of Germany».
