Man arrested in Sidi Rahal for attempted assault on 14-year-old

On Saturday, security authorities arrested a man in his thirties from the Chiadma region on suspicion of luring a 14-year-old minor and attempting to assault him. The incident took place inside a house in the Sidi Rahal town in the Berrechid province.

Prior to the incident, several neighbors alerted the Royal Gendarmerie, who responded promptly to the scene. The suspect was taken into custody at the gendarmerie station, where, under the orders of the competent public prosecutor, he was detained. Meanwhile, the minor victim underwent a medical examination.
