Body found in sewage drain at Beni Ansar port prompts security alert

On Friday afternoon, January 9th, Beni Ansar Port near Nador was placed on heightened alert after a body was discovered inside one of the port’s sewage drains. The discovery caused shock and concern among port workers and professionals. According to a report by Nador City, the body was found during routine monitoring and maintenance operations within the port.

Following the alert, security forces and local authorities swiftly arrived at the scene, sealed off the area, and opened an investigation under the supervision of the competent public prosecutor’s office.
