Moroccan killed in Iranian attack on Bahrain

The UAE Ministry of Defense announced on Tuesday evening the tragic death of a Moroccan civilian contractor who was serving with the UAE Armed Forces.

In an official statement, the ministry revealed that he «was martyred during a routine mission in the brotherly Kingdom of Bahrain following an Iranian missile attack that targeted the Kingdom.»

The Iranian assault also left five members of the UAE Ministry of Defense injured.

The ministry expressed «its deepest condolences and sympathy to the family of the martyr.»

It is important to note that Gulf nations have been under regular Iranian shelling since a joint U.S.-Israeli offensive was launched against Tehran.
