On Wednesday, March 25, at Rabat-Salé Airport, the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF) and the National Airports Authority (ONDA) signed a strategic partnership agreement to strengthen cooperation and improve services for the travel of national teams and sports delegations.

According to a joint statement, the agreement reinforces ONDA’s role as a key institutional partner of the FRMF in supporting the movement of national teams during major sporting events.

The agreement was signed by FRMF President Fouzi Lekjaa and ONDA Director General Adel Fakir, in the presence of officials from both institutions.

The partnership aims to enhance reception and transport conditions for national teams across all categories, while providing advanced logistical services within Moroccan airports. It also aligns with the growth of national football and supports Morocco’s positioning as a leading sports destination at both continental and international levels.

The agreement further seeks to strengthen coordination in the organization of major football events, facilitate the mobility of participating delegations, and improve service quality for sports travelers.

According to the statement, this initiative is part of broader efforts by both institutions to boost Morocco’s sporting ambitions and consolidate its position as a key hub for sports in Africa and beyond.
