The House of Representatives on Monday adopted Bill 51.25, which expands employment-integration programs to include people without diplomas. Approved by a majority, the bill received 89 votes in favor, none against, and 15 abstentions. In particular, it makes it possible to shorten the duration of training-to-employment programs and broaden state incentives.
