4.36.وَاعْبُدُواْ اللّهَ وَلاَ تُشْرِكُواْ بِهِ شَيْئاً وَبِالْوَالِدَيْنِ إِحْسَاناً وَبِذِي الْقُرْبَى وَالْيَتَامَى وَالْمَسَاكِينِ وَالْجَارِ ذِي الْقُرْبَى وَالْجَارِ الْجُنُبِ وَالصَّاحِبِ بِالجَنبِ وَابْنِ السَّبِيلِ وَمَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ إِنَّ اللّهَ لاَ يُحِبُّ مَن كَانَ مُخْتَالاً فَخُوراً

4.36. Adorez Dieu, sans rien Lui associer ! Soyez bons envers vos parents, vos proches, les orphelins, les pauvres, les voisins qu'ils soient de votre sang ou éloignés, ainsi que vos compagnons de tous les jours, les voyageurs de passage et les esclaves que vous possédez, car Dieu n'aime pas les arrogants vantards,

4.36 . And serve Allah . Ascribe no thing as partner unto Him . ( Show ) kindness unto parents , and unto near kindred , and orphans , and the needy , and into the neighbor who is of kin ( unto you ) and the neighbor who is not of kin and the fellow traveller and the wayfarer and ( the slaves ) whom your right hands possess . Lo! Allah loveth not such as are proud and boastful ,

4.36. WaoAAbudoo Allaha wala tushrikoo bihi shay-an wabialwalidayni ihsanan wabithee alqurba waalyatama waalmasakeeni waaljari thee alqurba waaljari aljunubi waalssahibi bialjanbi waibni alssabeeli wama malakat aymanukum inna Allaha la yuhibbu man kana mukhtalan fakhooran

4.37.الَّذِينَ يَبْخَلُونَ وَيَأْمُرُونَ النَّاسَ بِالْبُخْلِ وَيَكْتُمُونَ مَا آتَاهُمُ اللّهُ مِن فَضْلِهِ وَأَعْتَدْنَا لِلْكَافِرِينَ عَذَاباً مُّهِيناً

4.37. ainsi que les avares qui recommandent l'avarice à leurs semblables et dissimulent les faveurs dont Dieu les a gratifiés. Nous réservons un châtiment ignominieux aux impies

4.37 . Who hoard their wealth and enjoin avarice on others , and hide that which Allah hath bestowed upon them of His bounty . For disbelievers We prepare a shameful doom ;

4.37. Allatheena yabkhaloona waya/muroona alnnasa bialbukhli wayaktumoona ma atahumu Allahu min fadlihi waaAAtadna lilkafireena AAathaban muheenan

4.38.وَالَّذِينَ يُنفِقُونَ أَمْوَالَهُمْ رِئَـاء النَّاسِ وَلاَ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللّهِ وَلاَ بِالْيَوْمِ الآخِرِ وَمَن يَكُنِ الشَّيْطَانُ لَهُ قَرِيناً فَسَاء قِرِيناً

4.38. qui ne font l'aumône que par ostentation alors qu'ils ne croient ni en Dieu ni au Jugement dernier. En réalité, celui qui a Satan pour acolyte ne peut avoir qu'un méchant compagnon.

4.38 . And ( also ) those who spend their wealth in order to be seen of men , and believe not in Allah nor the Last Day . Whoso taketh Satan for a comrade , a bad comrade hath he .

4.38. Waallatheena yunfiqoona amwalahum ri-aa alnnasi wala yu/minoona biAllahi wala bialyawmi al-akhiri waman yakuni alshshaytanu lahu qareenan fasaa qareenan

4.39.وَمَاذَا عَلَيْهِمْ لَوْ آمَنُواْ بِاللّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الآخِرِ وَأَنفَقُواْ مِمَّا رَزَقَهُمُ اللّهُ وَكَانَ اللّهُ بِهِم عَلِيماً

4.39. Que perdraient-ils à croire en Dieu et au Jugement dernier, à donner en aumône une partie des biens que Dieu leur a prodigués? Dieu les connaît si bien !

4.39 . What have they ( to fear ) if they believe in Allah and the Last Day and spend ( aright ) of that which Allah hath bestowed upon them , when Allah is ever Aware of them ( and all they do ) ?

4.39. Wamatha AAalayhim law amanoo biAllahi waalyawmi al-akhiri waanfaqoo mimma razaqahumu Allahu wakana Allahu bihim AAaleeman

4.40.إِنَّ اللّهَ لاَ يَظْلِمُ مِثْقَالَ ذَرَّةٍ وَإِن تَكُ حَسَنَةً يُضَاعِفْهَا وَيُؤْتِ مِن لَّدُنْهُ أَجْراً عَظِيماً

4.40. En vérité, Dieu ne saurait léser personne, pas même du poids d'un atome , et s'il s'agit d'une bonne action, Il en multiplie la valeur et lui attribue une récompense au-delà de toute limite.

4.40 . Lo! Allah wrongeth not even of the weight of an ant ; and if there is a good deed , He will double it and will give ( the doer ) from His presence an immense reward .

4.40. Inna Allaha la yathlimu mithqala tharratin wa-in taku hasanatan yudaAAifha wayu/ti min ladunhu ajran AAatheeman
