91.11.كَذَّبَتْ ثَمُودُ بِطَغْوَاهَا
91.11. Les Thamûd ont repoussé Nos signes par arrogance,
91.11 . ( The tribe of ) Thamud denied ( the truth ) in their rebellious pride .
91.11. Kaththabat thamoodu bitaghwaha
91.12.إِذِ انبَعَثَ أَشْقَاهَا
91.12. le jour où le plus pervers d'entre eux se dressa pour accomplir son forfait.
91.12 . When the basest of them broke forth
91.12. Ithi inbaAAatha ashqaha
91.13.فَقَالَ لَهُمْ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ نَاقَةَ اللَّهِ وَسُقْيَاهَا
91.13. «C'est la chamelle de Dieu, leur cria le Messager de Dieu. Laissez-la se désaltérer !»
91.13 . And the messenger of Allah said : It is the she camel of Allah , so let her drink!
91.13. Faqala lahum rasoolu Allahi naqata Allahi wasuqyaha
91.14.فَكَذَّبُوهُ فَعَقَرُوهَا فَدَمْدَمَ عَلَيْهِمْ رَبُّهُم بِذَنبِهِمْ فَسَوَّاهَا
91.14. Mais ils le traitèrent d'imposteur et coupèrent les jarrets de la chamelle. Ce péché attira sur eux le courroux de leur Seigneur qui les a tous anéantis,
91.14 . But they denied him , and they hamstrung her , so Allah doomed them for their sin and razed ( their dwellings ) .
91.14. Fakaththaboohu faAAaqarooha fadamdama AAalayhim rabbuhum bithanbihim fasawwaha
91.15.وَلَا يَخَافُ عُقْبَاهَا
91.15. sans crainte de représailles.
91.15 . He dreadeth not the sequel ( of events ) .
91.15. Wala yakhafu AAuqbaha
