Five Muslim community workers have accused MI5 of waging a campaign of blackmail and harassment in an attempt to recruit them as informants.
The men claim they were given a choice of working for the Security Service or face detention and harassment in the UK and overseas.
They have made official complaints to the police, to the body which oversees the work of the Security Service and to their local MP Frank Dobson. Now they have decided to speak publicly about their experiences in the hope that publicity will stop similar tactics being used in the future.

WARREN — The Council of Islamic Organizations of Michigan (CIOM) has asked U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder to launch an investigation into complaints that Michigan Muslims are being approached by the FBI to spy on activities of Muslim congregations. Through coercion of certain members of congregations, the FBI is reportedly promoting entrapment of innocent, law-abiding citizens in otherwise peaceful houses of worship.
how they will know they are law abiding citizen with all whats going on around the world they have to spy on them to rule them out , they can t just take their words for it until we see an other 9/11 or 7/7 there are muslims moderate ones who just want a peaceful life and there are those who commit crimes and justify it that it is in the name of islam unfortunately the image of islam and muslims been ruined because of some terrorists who hijacked a religion of peace and turned it into a religion of blood and as we say in moroccan : 7outa wa7da tatkhnez chwari
