Morocco # English board

Can someone help me please?

A very long time ago my dad received a special paper, cards and pins that gave us special rights in morocco. For ex.:

- Having not to wait in ligne while travelling from Spain to Morocco by boat
- Being called 'Lalla' by soldiers
- Being greeted by soldier when they see a special card in the car
- Being invited by the King for some occasions

I have no one else to ask. Does this say something to someone???

Likely the famous royal "carte-blanche" (English term of french origin)

Not sure it still exists or whether "old" holders can still claim those benefits nowadays ...
