hi everyone, i need to notarize an affidavit for a petition to submit in the US and no moroccan public notary i've seen so far had accepted to; they all say that its a new document and they never notarized such paper. where can i notarize such a simple document here in casablanca? does anyone know a moroccan notary who can do this? is it possible to go to the US consulate for notarial services? am runing out of time and i need ur help guys! thank u in advance. have a good day...
