US Ives Rocher sucks

why is this us based Ives rocher not like the one in europe confused smiley! you place your order and you have to wait forever to track the order,the products are differents( you can only get some of them I wish I could get the same products), then you wont receive ur order til you forget about it (2 weeksif not more ) and you dont even have the choice to choose the shiping methode( same day or express and so on...)angry smileyangry smiley

these are some of the bad business habits that makes customers a doll (well it coincide w/ you nickname ) to the eyes of the corporate

did you try to complain to them with the csr ? if they still continue on they low behavior, threaten to report them to the the better business bureau and if they still do not react, do it at [complaint.bbb.org]

and blockbuster is worst confused smiley I get the online rentals from it and they give a e coupon to get the dvd we want from the store so I went to the store to get a dvd I got The Producers thumbs down but I was really upset because of the DVD quality.The DVD was damaged in 2 chapters angry smiley I couldnt watch the movie in peace!!
When I sent an email to them complaining here's what they said :

I am very happy to address your concern regarding the damaged disc of "The Producers" you rented from the store. I understand that how you feel and I know that it may be very frustrating for you, Jani.

Please know that BLOCKBUSTER Store and BLOCKBUSTER Online are separate member programs and are neither combinable nor interchangeable. Additionally, there is also a different inventory, thus, we are not responsible for any damaged DVD you rent in the store.

May I please suggest that you inform your local store about it so they may do the appropriate correction.
