Hi every body,
i'm fascinated by Australia.I think that it's the only continent where you can enjoy the comfort of modern life and the beauty of mother nature. But i've heard that Austalians suffer from a sentiment of isolation from the fact that they are far ans isolated from the rest of the world. Is it true ?
I also want to know about the daily life is Australia...and how the moslem community is treated...
Thanks a lot for any informations...

Good morning Brothers and sisters, How are you all doing ?. Well, i am sure that you do not know me yet but i am here to share my story with you. i am a Moroccan man. The reason i got on yabiladi is that i have been looking for Moroccans who live in Australia. I am married to an Australian woman and inshallah will be travelling soon to be with her as the decision to be granted the visa was taken on the 15 of February ( last month ) . Now, i want to know about the process to get the visa as you know, here in Morocco, we do not have neither an Australian embassy nor consulat,..and about the time left to get it,,, are they going to ask me to travel to Egypt or to france or to get or they will have to send it to me to the Canadian Embassy in Rabat where i will have to go to get it..i will be more than happy to hear back from you.
Regards,
Hicham

Salam louiswaldbladi...

They will send you only an-email from cairo embassy saying that we've grant you an electronic visa, you have to do a copy of these e-mail and take it with you to the airport when you decide to go to australia of course because in the airport they ask me to give them a copy of the e-mail don't change your passeport because in the airport they could know that you have an electronic visa only by your passeport number and the e-mail.
If you don't have any health problem don't worry australian cairo in embassy will send you an e-mail about your appoitment with one of their employe in a hotel in casablanca who will ask you some question about your wife and your self and after that if you are accepted they will asked you from cairo embassy if you don't mind if they send you an electronic visa. Hope that everything will be good for you inchallah and you can ask me any question.

Salam Bidaouiya,
I am very thankful for your helpful messages. I had my interview done not too long ago and i have had my medical check on the 12 th of this month. Now, i am waiting for the results to be recieved by the Australian Embassy in Cairo. They told me that they will let me know but still have not. I am sure that my medical check went fairly well as i had a look at my results and i could see that i am fine. I would love to know how much time you had to wait after your interview and your medical ....It is quite hard to know the time left to obtain my visa. Again, i am so thankful for keeping in touch with me Bidaouiya.
Regards,
waldbladak

If you are visiting Egypt they will issue you the visa at the airport. To be honest with you I will not go again there I would rather go to Morocco instead but still one visit is a must to see the Pyramids and only one temple or two. They are more or less the same. I am a bit allergic to Egyptians these days.

Salam brother...
Sorry.. I just see your message..if they give you the electronic visa these month you have to print the e-mail because in these e-mail there is a number that the agency where you book the ticket have to chek and in the aireport also need a copy of these e-mail they can check your electronic visa...there is no visa in the passeport for that you should do 2 copy of the e-mail one for the agency and the other for the airport... I hope that you. have already receive the answer.
Best regards
