If you are non-resident in Morocco, how can you pay your REDAL bills? We were last there in February, we went into the REDAL premises and paid everything up to date, and even though we have not been in Morocco since March this year, they are saying we now owe them almost 2000 dirhams. The bills received since March only total 377 dirhams, and they have been paid for us. We cannot pay directly from our bank - we asked already. Just how do those of you with a property over there and resident in France manage to pay them? Is it normal for them to make mistakes with bills? What can I do about this problem?
do have your paid bills copies ready and also be ready to file a court claim if it should be done
redal has had for 5 years up to now a quite bad reputation for overcharging
