i have lived in quebec dor 4 years and i can tell you that that people is boring and less educated,i prefer to live in my country than live within that people
that's not true at all...im living in montreal and i can tell u that quebequers are open minded and they want to learn. In universities the best programs ( medicine,...) are full og queberquers.
