Here's a speech from Zbigniew Brzezinski, for those of you not familiar with the name, he's a former national security advisor, he was one of the players during the cold war in the US. His book "the Grand Chessboard" has inspired some tactics used now by the neo-conservatives, although he, himself, is opposed to their strategy.
