Morocco # English board

hi everyone i am a uk student and i want to study medecine in morocco (maybe in casablanca) but i don't speak arabic and french i speak italian and english. are there any med school that will accept me ? where can i study medecine in english or in italian?

I think that No one here can help u, majority of people here lives in france, but why especially morocco ?
