Pressuring Morocco into establishing diplomatic ties with Israel has been seen through several media reports. In addition to sources quoted on media after the peace agreement between Israel and the United Arab Emirates, an NGO has joined the trend in its own way.

The Jerusalem-based Friends of Zion Heritage Center, which annually awards the «Friends of Zion Award» to political leaders around the world who have shown strong support for the «Jewish nation», unveiled the list of recipients.

The list revealed by the president of the NGO includes King Hamad of Bahrain, the Sultan of Oman, Haitham Ben Tarek, the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, Mohamed Ben Salman, the Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates, Mohammed Ben Rached Al Maltoum and King Mohammed VI.

The «Friends of Zion Award» had already been given to the Presidents of the United States, George W. Bush and Donald Trump, the Secretary of the American State Department, Mike Pompeo, and Prince Albert II of Monaco.
