Filipino actress and singer Sue Ramirez revealed on Wednesday that her film «Finding Agnes», shot in Morocco, will finally be released. According to the Philippine Daily Inquirer, Ramirez's new film, directed by Maria Ancheta for Netflix, will be premiering on November 30.
«Sometimes you have to go far away to find your way home», the 24-year-old actress said. Ramirez's announcement was accompanied by a series of photos of her with Jelson Bay, one of the film's main actors and other actors from Morocco.
«Finding Agnes» tells the story of the emotional journey of an entrepreneur who travels to Morocco where he «pieces together the turbulent life of his estranged mother and meets her adopted daughter (Ramirez)».
