3,350 new recoveries were recorded in the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of recoveries in the Kingdom to 181,275.
70 deaths were recorded between yesterday and today, bringing the total number of deaths to 3,695. 20 of these deaths were recorded in the Oriental region, 13 in Casablanca-Settat, 8 in Rabat-Salé-Kénitra, 8 in Souss-Massa, 5 in Tanger-Tétouan-Al Hoceima, 6 in Marrakech-Safi, 6 in Fès-Meknes, 3 in Beni Mellal-Khénifra and one death in Laâyoune-Sakia El Hamra.
The country has 34,114 active cases, including 814 in critical conditions. 69 of them are on ventilators.
Casablanca-Settat region leads the way, with 1,806 new cases: 1,398 in Casablanca, 110 in Mohammedia, 82 in Nouaceur, 62 in El Jadida, 44 in Mediouna, 40 in Settat, 32 in Benslimane, 25 in Berrechid and 13 cases in Sidi Bennour. Then comes Rabat-Salé-Kenitra with 736 new cases: 206 in Kénitra, 169 in Salé, 151 in Skhirat-Témara, 80 in Rabat, 70 in Khemisset, 46 in Sidi Slimane and 14 cases in Sidi Kacem.
The Oriental region follows with 428 new infections: 174 in Oujda-Angad, 120 in Nador, 57 in Berkane, 36 in Taourirt, 32 in Guercif, 6 in Jerada, 2 in Driouch and one case in Figuig. 195 cases were confirmed in Souss-Massa: 123 in Agadir-Ida-Ou-Tanane, 43 in Inzegane-Ait Melloul, 16 in Taroudant, 11 in Tiznit and 2 cases in Chtouka-Ait Baha.
Tanger-Tétouan-Al Hoceima recorded 181 new infections: 79 in Tanger-Assilah, 33 in Tétouan, 30 in M'Diq-Fnideq, 17 in Al Hoceima, 12 in Larache, 8 in Ouazzane and two cases in Chefchaouen.
Marrakech-Safi has 138 new infections: 112 in Marrakech, 7 in Youssoufia, 7 in Chichaoua, 5 in Safi, 4 in Rhamna and 3 cases in the province of Al Haouz.
In Fès-Meknes, 99 new cases were recorded: 31 in Taza, 19 in Fès, 17 in Taounate, 9 in Meknes, 8 in Ifrane, 7 in Boulmane, 4 in Sefrou, 3 in Moulay Yacoub and a case in El Hajeb.
96 confirmed cases were discovered in Beni Mellal-Khénifra (48 in Beni Mellal, 34 in Khouribga, 7 in Khénifra, 4 in Azilal and 3 cases in Fqih Bensaleh) and 65 in Drâa-Tafilalet (43 in Tinghir, 16 in Midelt and 6 cases in Ouarzazate).
In the southern provinces, 29 cases were recorded in Guelmim-Oued Noun (21 in Guelmim, 6 in Sidi Ifni, one case in Assa Zag and another in Tan Tan), while 17 others were confirmed in the province of Oued Ed-Dahab (Dakhla-Oued Ed-Dahab).
