Democratic Republic of the Congo opened, Saturday, a consulate general in Dakhla. The Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation and Moroccans Living Abroad Nasser Bourita and his counterpart from the Democratic Republic of the Congo Tumba Nzeza, chaired the inauguration ceremony.
The city of Dakhla is home to several diplomatic representations including those of Gambia, Guinea, Djibouti, Liberia, Burkina Faso, Guinea-Bissau, and Equatorial Guinea. The city will also host the US consulate, as announced earlier in December by President Donald Trump.
