Secretary-General of Hezbollah Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah has reacted to the normalization of ties between Morocco and Israel.
On Sunday, Nasrallah told Lebanese television channel Al Mayadeen that he was not «surprised by the Arab disappointment because most Arab regimes used to sell only words to the Palestinians».
«I see at the normalization agreements from as if hypocrisy has ended and the masks have fallen. and the truth of these regimes has become evident», he responded.
For Hassan Nasrallah, «Iran is only an argument for the Arab regimes which have signed normalization agreements, because the Palestinian question is a burden on them».
The Hezbollah leader also attacked the Justice and Development Party’s position on normalization with Israel. «As an Islamist, I find the position of the Justice and Development Party in Morocco more painful and more dangerous than normalization», he said.
