Destruction of Tangier’s Roman road : Was is the mistake of excavator driver ?

Days after the destruction of the Tangier Roman road, Yabiladi learned that the city’s authorities have visited the spot to assess the damage done to this monument. «A delegation of the authorities and the city council went on spot to assess the damage», Ahmed Ftouh, from the Tadaoul Association for Education, Heritage and the Environment told Yabiladi.

«The first explanations indicate that it was the mistake of the excavator driver who confused the Roman road with a normal one.
