127 new coronavirus cases were recorded in Morocco during the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of Covid-19 infections in the country to 514,944. 6,171,437 people have received the first dose of the Covid-19 vaccine so far, while 4,500,638 people have received the second.
297 new recoveries were recorded during the same period, bringing the total number of recoveries to 503,181.
No death was recorded between yesterday and today, bringing the total number of deaths to 9,098.
The country has 2,665 active cases, including 211 in critical conditions. 13 of them are on ventilators.
Casablanca-Settat recorded 73 cases: 65 in Casablanca, 5 in Nouaceur, 2 in Médiouna and 1 in Mohammedia. Next comes Marrakech-Safi with 22 cases: 21 in Marrakech and 1 in Kelaa des Sraghna.
Rabat-Salé-Kénitra follows with 10 cases: 6 in Rabat, 2 in Kénitra, 1 in Skhirat-Témara and 1 in Sidi Slimane. 9 infections were recorded in Souss Massa: 5 in Agadir-Ida-Ou-Tanane, 3 in Inzegane-Ait Melloul and 1 in Taroudant.
Tangier-Tétouan-Al Hoceima recorded 7 new cases: 5 in Ouazzane, 1 in M'Diq-Fnideq and 1 in Tetouan). The province of Oued Ed-Dahab (Dakhla-Oued Ed-Dahab), confirmed 4 new infections.
1 case was confirmed in Azilal (Beni Mellal-Khénifra) and 1 in Fès (Fès-Meknes).
