Covid-19 : Morocco eases nighttime curfew from 11 pm to 4:30 am

The Moroccan government has decided, starting from tomorrow, Friday, to ease the nighttime curfew throughout the country. The new curfew will start at 11 pm and end at 4:30 am, according to a press release by the authorities.

Shops, cafés and restaurants will also close at 11 pm.

#المغرب قررت الحكومة ابتداء من يوم غد الجمعة، حظر التنقل الليلي على الصعيد الوطني من الساعة 11 ليلا إلى الساعة الرابعة والنصف صباحا.
كما تقرر إغلاق المحلات التجارية والمطاعم والمقاهي على الساعة الحادية عشر ليلا، والإبقاء على جميع القيود الاحترازية الأخرى التي تم إقرارها سابقا.

All other restrictions previously approved will remain in force, namely the ban on events and large gatherings, such as parties, demonstrations, meetings in movie theaters as well as funerals.
