Moulay H. H. L, a former representative of the Polisario Front's «Ministry of Health» in Spain from 2016 to 2020, is facing prosecution for allegedly organizing the illegal entry of around 20 Sahrawis residing in the Tindouf camps into the autonomous region of Asturias, Spain.

According to Iberian media reports, the migrants used false documents to enter Spain and seek medical treatment.

Prosecutors allege that Moulay H. H. L leveraged his past work with the Spanish Red Cross to facilitate illegal passage for these «sick people». Two local associations in Galicia and Asturias, they claim, further aided the operation by providing entry invitations to some «patients».

The prosecution requests a five-year prison sentence for the network's organizer and one year for each of the irregular migrants involved.
