The Jazzablanca festival (June 6 to 8, 2024) will kick off this year with Scottish artist Paolo Nutini. The singer, with 18 platinum records, will perform for the first time in Morocco, in a much-anticipated performance that promises to be a powerful mix of soul, blues, and pop-rock on the Anfa stage.
Born in Scotland in 1987, Paolo Nutini left school at 16 to pursue a career in music. He found immediate success in London in 2006 with his debut album «These Streets», featuring timeless hits like «Last Request», «Iron Sky», and «New Shoes».
A testament to his global impact, two of Nutini's four albums reached number one in the UK charts, selling over 8 million copies and garnering more than 1.5 billion streams worldwide. A multiple Brit Award nominee, Nutini has achieved 18 platinum records in the UK and is a familiar face at major European festivals like Glastonbury, Montreux Jazz, and Coachella.
Nutini's latest album, «Last Night In The Bittersweet», released in 2022, explores a musical spectrum ranging from rock to Motown sounds.
