The Moroccan Agency for Sustainable Energy (Masen) announced, Thursday, that it is launching a tender for the construction and operation of a 400MW wind farm complex in northern Morocco.

In a press release consulted by Yabiladi, Masen indicates that the tender meant to select a private partner to finance, construct and operate the 400MW Nassim Nord Wind Power Program, which consists of two wind farms.

The first is Nassim Koudia Al Baida Extension Wind Farm, located in the Fahs-Anjra and M'diq-Fnideq provinces with a capacity of approximately 150MW and the second project is the Nassim Dar Chaoui Wind Farm, in the provinces of Tangier and Tetouan with a capacity of approximately 250MW.
