Two Moroccan men stabbed in Portugal

Two Moroccan men were reportedly stabbed by a group of individuals believed to be Indian on Monday, June 10, in Porto, Portugal, according to local media. The Polícia Judiciária, Portugal's Criminal Investigation Police, is investigating the incident and reviewing CCTV footage to identify the attackers.

The stabbing took place near the upper level of the iconic Dom Luís Bridge, which spans the Douro River between Porto and Vila Nova de Gaia. The attackers fled the scene after the assault, prompting authorities to treat the incident as attempted murder.

The two Moroccan victims, aged 24 and 28, sustained stab wounds to the head, chest, arms, and legs. The attack involved a knife and an iron implement.

One victim was transported to Hospital Santo António, while the other was taken to São João Hospital. The motive for the attack remains unknown.
