The French Embassy in Morocco has launched a new initiative to facilitate visa application procedures for Moroccan graduates of French higher education. The program targets Moroccan graduates with master's or doctoral degrees registered on the France Alumni Maroc platform, as well as engineers.
This system allows graduates to easily access visa appointments and process their applications within specific timeframes. Applications are handled according to Schengen regulations, ensuring compliance with European procedures and standards.
While the new system does not automatically guarantee a visa, submitting a completed file increases the chances of obtaining a visa valid for a duration of one to five years. This visa allows the holder to enter France and roam freely in all EU countries.
Graduates can apply by following these three steps:
Register on the France Alumni Maroc platform: Graduates must create an account on this platform to document their academic qualifications.
Apply through the France Visa portal: Applicants have to fill out the online application form, submit the required documents, and deposit the file at the TLS center.
According to SchengenVisaInfo statistics, more than 300,000 applications from Moroccan nationals were registered in 2023, making Morocco the top country for visa applications to France.
