Bank of Africa Euroservices has launched Salama Europe, a comprehensive assistance contract designed to meet the needs of Moroccans living abroad. The product provides 24/7 coverage for medical, technical, legal, and death-related emergencies.
A partnership between BOA Euroservices, RMA Assistance, and Mutuaide Assistance, a Groupama subsidiary, brought Salama Europe to life. The contract assists Moroccans both in Morocco and abroad in case of accidents, vehicle breakdowns, illnesses, or fatalities.
Customers benefit from a range of services, including accident or illness assistance with up to €4,650 in medical and hospital coverage. Repatriation in case of death and a funeral package worth €2,050, including four plane tickets for relatives to attend the funeral in Morocco, are also included.
Initially available in France and Spain through the BOA Euroservices network, Salama Europe will soon expand to other European countries where the subsidiary operates.
