Dubai-based international airline Emirates is launching a cabin crew recruitment campaign in Morocco this September. This campaign is part of a larger initiative with the goal of hiring 5,000 new cabin crew members this year, Emirates said in a press release sent Thursday to Yabiladi.
The planned recruitment campaign in Morocco will be held in four Moroccan cities, targeting recent Moroccan graduates and those early in their careers. The open days will be held in Casablanca on September 2, Rabat on September 4, Marrakech on September 26th, and Tangier on September 28th.
«This recruitment drive offers Moroccan youth a unique pathway to an international career with Emirates, one of the world's most loved airlines. It's an opportunity to gain global experience while representing Morocco on the world stage», Khalfan Al Salami, Emirates Country Manager for Morocco and Mauritania, explained the significance of this initiative for young Moroccans.
The selected candidates will undergo extensive training at the Emirates Training Academy in Dubai, the same source added.
«Our training goes beyond standard cabin crew preparation», said Manal Al Soori, Emirates' Senior Vice President, Group Recruitment. «We focus on developing essential life skills such as cultural awareness, effective communication, and teamwork, competencies that are increasingly valuable in today's globalized job market».
Interested candidates can find detailed information about the recruitment process and requirements on the Emirates careers website.
