Maroc Telecom has concluded the 20th edition of its Beach Festival, which took place from July 13 to August 21, 2024, in Al Hoceima, Martil, Tangier, Saïdia, and Nador.
The Beach Festival attracted a record number of more than 11 million spectators who came to enjoy free concerts and exceptional artistic performances, Maroc Telecom said in a press release.
Over the course of the festival, some 113 concerts were organized, attracting large numbers of enthusiastic audiences from all over the country and beyond.
More than 200 local, national, and international artists from different musical horizons lit up the stages on the beaches, offering a program covering all genres of urban and popular music (hip-hop, rap, fusion, Moroccan folk and contemporary music, folkloric bands, oriental music, rai, and Reggada).
«This cultural event, which has become unmissable over the years, offered more than just concerts», the company added. In addition to musical performances, attendees were also able to enjoy street performances and participate in creative workshops.
Children were also taken care of with special installations such as trampolines and painting workshops.
