On Sunday, September 1, Algeria announced the arrest of three Moroccan nationals for espionage, according to Algerian media reports. «The public prosecutor at the court in Tlemcen announced in a press release issued on Sunday that a criminal network specializing in espionage had been dismantled. It was planning to undermine state security. Six suspects, three Algerians and three Moroccans, were arrested and brought before the competent court», the statement said.
