Moroccan-Canadian comedian Gad Elmaleh is feeling nostalgic as he prepares for his upcoming show in Montreal. In 1994, he performed his first show in the city for a small audience of 40 people, including 30 family members.
This December, 30 years later, Elmaleh will return to Montreal to headline his new show, «Lui-Même», at the Centre Bell. The multi-purpose arena, formerly known as Molson Centre, will host the comedian for a performance expected to draw a crowd of 10,000.

Elmaleh expressed his gratitude and excitement for this milestone in his career, sharing his journey from a small-time comedian to a beloved performer with a dedicated fanbase.
«I'm back where it all began, with pride, joy and, above all, gratitude», he said Wednesday on X, announcing his upcoming show.
