A chocolate caftan at the Salon du Chocolat de Paris to celebrate Moroccan culture

In a groundbreaking display of Franco-Moroccan friendship, a chocolate caftan will be showcased at the prestigious Salon du Chocolat de Paris from October 30 to November 3.

Created by France's Best Apprentice Daniel Branche and styled by Jasmine Meziou, the Chocolate Caftan is a stunning fusion of Moroccan art and culinary creativity. This unique piece will be presented twice daily throughout the five-day event.

In addition to the caftan parade, La Gazelle d'Or will present a captivating exhibition featuring a chocolate sculpture of the Moroccan map, honoring the Kingdom. The exhibition will also showcase three chocolate caftans celebrating the beauty and diversity of Moroccan culture.

Founded over a decade ago, La Gazelle d'Or is a renowned Moroccan culinary artistry. With multiple establishments in France and a presence at prestigious trade shows in Zurich, Milan, New York, and Tokyo, La Gazelle d'Or serves as an international ambassador for Moroccan gastronomy.
