CIH partners with Backbase to accelerate digital transformation

CIH will be utilizing Backbase's engagement banking platform, specialized media reported on Thursday.

Backbase is a leading financial technology company that offers engagement banking solutions to financial institutions worldwide, ranging from large banks to credit unions and community banks. Its platform is designed to enhance financial institutions' capabilities in areas such as lending, investments, and customer engagement.

CIH Bank aims to leverage Backbase's services to streamline its onboarding processes for both local customers and Moroccans living abroad.

It's worth noting that CIH is a part of the Caisse de dépôt et de gestion (CDG) group, with a particular focus on the real estate and tourism sectors.
