Moroccan golfer Maha Haddioui secured a sixth-place finish at the Hero Women's Indian Open, strengthening her position to qualify for the 2025 Ladies European Tour (LET). The 36-year-old player delivered a final round of 69 (-3) on the challenging Delhi course.

According to a press release from the LET, Haddioui, who started six shots behind the leaders, managed to climb to the top of the leaderboard after 12 holes with five birdies. Despite recording three bogeys in the last four holes, she secured a birdie on the 16th hole, which helped maintain her position in the top six.

The strong finish helped Haddioui advance more than 20 positions in the Order of Merit, where she now ranks 73rd. With two tournaments remaining in 2024, she is closing in on her goal of finishing in the top 70, which would secure her spot on the Ladies European Tour for the 12th consecutive year.

Fellow Moroccan golfer Ines Laklalech also made progress in the tournament, making the cut and currently holding the 53rd position in the Order of Merit.
