T-Man Holding's Matheï industrial complex in Bouskoura has inaugurated a new production line dedicated to Alsa products, marking a significant expansion of its food manufacturing capabilities. The inauguration ceremony took place on December 19, 2024, in the presence of Industry and Commerce Minister Ryad Mezzour.
This initiative is the result of a strategic partnership between T-Man Holding and the German food giant Dr. Oetker, owner of the Alsa brand. The new unit has an annual production capacity of 10,000 tons.
The Matheï complex, established in 2005, currently operates three production units : a green tea blending and packaging unit with an annual capacity of 20,000 tons, a sugar processing unit aimed at a yearly production of 30,000 tons for export, and the new Alsa production line.
The total investment in the industrial site since its creation exceeds 300 million dirhams, creating 400 direct and 300 indirect jobs. The facility contributes to reducing import dependency while meeting local consumer demands for Alsa's baking products, which include yeasts, baking aids, and cake mixes.
