The National Agency for Land Conservation, Cadastre, and Cartography (ANCFCC) held its Board of Directors meeting on Wednesday, December 25, 2024, chaired by Ahmed El Bouari, Minister of Agriculture, Maritime Fisheries, Rural Development, and Water and Forests.
According to the official ANCFCC board meeting minutes, the agency reported significant achievements for 2024, including the establishment of 373,000 new land titles across Morocco and the land registration of 1.1 million hectares. The agency also issued 2 million digital property certificates and achieved a turnover of 9.2 billion dirhams, with 6 billion dirhams transferred to the state budget.
During the meeting, Director General Karim TAJMOUATI presented the 2025 action plan, focusing on increasing the registered land area and continuing the agency's cartography program. The plan also emphasizes information system security upgrades and the digital transformation of services.
The board, which included Abdeltif LOUDYI, Minister Delegate to the Head of Government in charge of National Defense Administration, approved the 2025 action plan and budget. The meeting concluded with a commitment to enhance citizen services through continued digitalization efforts.
