For its 6th edition, the International Improvisation Festival of Morocco (FIIM) has established itself as a must-attend event on the comedy scene. Organized by the Moroccan Improvisation Troupe (TIM), the event will take over Rabat and Casablanca for three days of shows featuring improv matches, cabarets, and original performances.

This year, the festival is incorporating stand-up comedy, with comedians from the Mad Comedy Club adding flair to the evenings :

• Ethan Lallouz, a Moroccan comedian based in Paris, known for performing alongside Gad Elmaleh and at the Paris Humor Festival.

• M’Bark Magdy, a regular at the Fridge Comedy and Esplanade du J4 stages, known for his sharp humor.

The FIIM will bring together teams renowned for their improvisation skills: Improcarolo (Belgium), a reference in Charleroi with 20 years of experience; Alibi from Dijon (France), a major player on the Burgundy scene; GIPL (Luxembourg), a finalist in the last Impro World Cup; and TIM (Morocco), representing the national colors.

Each evening, two shows will feature improvised creations where artists must compete with imagination and daring.

A three-day program full of rhythm:

• Thursday, April 3 – Villa des Arts in Rabat: improv matches and stand-up interludes.

• Friday, April 4 – French Institute of Rabat: improv cabaret and improvised play.

• Saturday, April 5 – Café Theater in Casablanca: grand finale and an original concept.

By combining improvisation and stand-up, FIIM 2025 asserts its role as a showcase for creativity and comedic talent.

Tickets are available on-site or on guichet.ma.
