Marrakech official suspended amid corruption investigation

The Ministry of the Interior has announced the suspension of a local official in the Marrakech prefecture over suspected involvement in a corruption case.

In a statement, the ministry said the decision reflects its commitment to upholding public service ethics and follows the launch of a judicial investigation into the official’s alleged misconduct.
