Moroccan midfielder Mohamed Rabie Hrimat was crowned the best player at the eighth edition of the African Nations Championship, which was won by Morocco on Saturday in Nairobi with a 3-2 victory over Madagascar.
Meanwhile, Oussama Lemlioui took home the tournament's top scorer award after netting six goals, including two in the final.
Hrimat, captain of the Atlas Lions, had already been named the best player in Morocco's matches against Angola and Tanzania.
The Moroccan team claimed their third CHAN trophy after a spectacular and eventful final against Madagascar at the Moi International Sports Centre in Nairobi, Kenya.
The CHAN took place from August 2 to 30 in Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania.
