Morocco's Atlas Lionesses fall to Scotland 2-1 in Casablanca friendly

The women's national team suffered a 1-2 loss to Scotland in a friendly match on Friday evening at the Père Jégo Stadium in Casablanca.

The team's sole goal came in the 80th minute, courtesy of Elodie Nakkach. Meanwhile, Scotland's goals were scored by Erin Cuthbert in the 41st minute and Caroline Weir in the 90th.

Jorge Vilda's squad is set to face Haiti in a second friendly match next week. These games are part of the Atlas Lionesses' training camp at the Mohammed VI Football Complex in Salé.
