Last week, a Moroccan national was deported from Spain following an expulsion order from the government delegation in Zaragoza. The order was prompted by the individual's extensive criminal history, especially offenses against individuals, as reported by Spanish media outlets.

The man was intercepted by Canfranc's mobile surveillance unit during a routine operation near Candanchú, in the Aragon region of northern Spain. This operation was part of a broader initiative to tackle cross-border crime. He was subsequently taken to the National Police headquarters in Jaca.

Following a report by Zaragoza's regional unit for foreign and border affairs, he was detained at a foreign nationals' center in Barcelona. The deportation order was executed on Nov. 20.
